Team News:

- RC Deportivo: Joselu, Faycal Fajr and Carles Gil (injured).

- R. Sporting: Nacho Cases (injured); Alberto Lora (suspended).

Match Facts:

RC Deportivo (16th, 5 pts):

- Following two straight defeats, against Atletico Madrid and CD Leganes, Gaizka Garitano's side need to bounce back, put their poor run of results behind them and regain some self-confidence.

- Last Wednesday was the 75th anniversary of RC Deportivo's first ever game in Spain's top flight. That was against Castellon at Riazor. This weekend, Gaizka Garitano's side are back at home, and will be hoping that it is a lucky charm.

R. Sporting (14th, 7 pts):

- Abelardo's players want to put last weekend's defeat to FC Barcelona behind them and they know that the best way to do that is with a win at Riazor. After six matches this season, Sporting have notched up two wins, both of them at home at El Molinon. They will be looking for their first away win of the campaign against Deportivo.

- "Our loyalty is to Sporting and we don't want to lose," said Xavi Torres at the press conference ahead of the clash with Deportivo. Following a great start to the campaign, Sporting have lost their last three matches and are struggling for form.
