Scoring is no easy task, much less doing so on several matchdays in a row, celebrating goals week in, week out. Technique, accuracy, ambition, cunning and a stroke of luck are the essential ingredients for hitting on the perfect recipe in front of goal. Nine players who have been on cue game after game know all about it.

Two of them have set the bar and the other seven are in the fight to continue scoring matchday after matchday to swell their legendary status. The top scorer in the Liga BBVA, Luis Suarez, found the net in seven consecutive games, including a hat-trick and a brace. Lucas Perez equalled the record of the Deportivo player Bebeto on Matchday 16, when he celebrated a goal for his seventh week in a row.
The latest player to enter the illustrious list is Miku Fedor, with five goals in the last five matchdays, who has carved out a place for himself amongst the strikers of the moment.
