The #LigaBBVAExperience, the best experience of my life

I'm back at home now but if I close my eyes, the emotions I felt when I heard the Riazor faithful singing their classic chant, Forza Dépor (Come on you Depor), come flooding back to me. Being in A Coruña, Galicia, in the north of Spain, this week was an incredible experience. It is something that I'll never forget and for which I'll be eternally grateful to LaLiga. 

I got to enjoy the excitement of seeing a Liga BBVA match live in the flesh, and it was the reigning champions who were playing to boot, with all their stars! The game was the culmination of an unforgettable trip. I'd never been to Spain before, so I was really psyched about the chance to get to know the country, as well as watching the football.  

A Coruña did not disappoint. We found the city beautiful; we explored it from tip to tail, from the imposing Tower of Hercules to the Plaza de Maria Pita square. And we were bewitched by every inch of it. 

We also sampled a host of traditional Galician dishes like octopus and the local pasties – talk about delicious! We'd heard that Spanish cuisine was something special and now we can say so for ourselves. 

In a nutshell, the #LigaBBVAExperience gave me moments that will never fade from my memory. Now, more than ever, I love LaLiga!
