Levante UD host Atlético Madrid on Sunday in matchday 36 of Liga BBVA. The game sees two sides looking to seal their respective objectives. Levante are looking to seal their place in the division, while Atlético want to tighten their grip on third place.

Lucas Alcaraz will be without Simão Mate and Víctor Casadesús through suspension. Also, Pape Diop misses out with an ankle injury. Visiting coach Diego Pablo Simeone will be without defensive stalwart Diego Godín through suspension.

Alcaraz spoke about the side's position before the tie: "Right now we're only thinking about this game, it doesn’t matter what happens around us". The Levante boss added "Atlético are difficult enough to not allow us to think about anything else". Meanwhile, Diego Simeone is conscious of the battle for third place: "We're only focusing on playing well against Levante, it's in our hands if we achieve our objective or not".
