Team News:

- Levante UD: Toño Garcia (injured); Jefferson Lerma (suspended).
Match Facts: Malaga (10th, 42 pts):
- The Andalusians haven't won any of their last five games. Having secured safety, they are looking to stop that rot and return to form in order to end the season on a high note.
- Charles and Juanpi have been key attacking figures for Malaga, making the most of the solid platform provided by a defence that has only been breached 32 times and has been particularly parsimonious at home, where the team have collected 24 out of a possible 51 points.

- "What's important is to pick up points and improve our position. Eighth place is the highest we can finish and that has to be our aim," said coach Javi Gracia ahead of Monday night's match.
Levante (20th, 29 pts):
- A solitary victory in their last five fixtures has left Rubi's team rooted to the bottom of the table, so nothing less than three points will do at La Rosaleda as they strive to stay up.
- The Valencians will be longing for another big performance from Giuseppe Rossi, who has been something of a talisman. The striker has impressed in his 15 appearances for the club and was on the scoresheet in each of their last two wins.
- "Malaga are a team who always compete. I can only lavish praise on the way they approach things tactically and at set pieces," manager Rubi noted in the run-up to the encounter.
Don't leave Malaga without... checking out the Alcazaba, a fortress palace dating back to the city's Moorish period. Located in the historic centre of the capital of the Costa del Sol, it is one of Malaga's most iconic sights.
