Parity in the first minutes
Ipurua’s game looked like one of the best ones of the matchday and it was. SD Eibar came out knowing that if they won they would climb up to 5th and Real Madrid needed the three points to not lose distance with the top. The excitement was served. Chances came in both sides and any of them could have gone ahead on the score. Enrich and Bale were the most active in the first half.
Asier Riesgo
Eibar’s goalkeeper was the most outstanding player in the first half. In the 15th minute he had to perform a great save against Cristiano Ronaldo, but it wasn’t his only one. Three minutes after, he stopped Danilo’s goal. Riesgo was applauded at Ipurua.

Bale scored again
Gareth Bale smiled at Eibar. He hadn’t scored since the 2nd fixture against R. Betis, where he did it twice. Bale scored the first goal of the match to put the 0-1. 11 matchdays afterwards Bale finally scored his third goal of the season in the Liga BBVA.
