In an interview with La Liga TV, Jémez praised the campaign Valencia are enjoying: "They’re having an excellent season; with the arrival of Nuno they have put together a very good team and their figures and results have been really good". The Rayo coach added: "We won’t win against Valencia if we play badly, you can’t win if you offer little; we have to play to our best and, if we do, we’ll have a chance"
