Málaga CF arrived in Argentina in the early hours of Tuesday. After a long day of flights; players, coaching staff and directors landed at Ministro Pistarini Airport on their way to their hotel headquarters, where they will be based during their four day stay on Argentinian shores.

This comes after leaving Colombia, where they were beaten 3-2 by Deportivo Cali, in their first LaLiga World match. Buenos Aires will host the second, which pits them against the reigning Copa Libertadores champions, San Lorenzo de Almagro (Thursday, 30th of July, 01:30h). Javi Gracia’s side will try to continue preparing for the kick-off to the LaLiga season and take a win from the Estadio Pedro Bidegain against a classic team from America.
The Costa del Sol side’s tour will finish up on the 1st of August in Uruguay, with another top level LaLiga World match. Club Atlético Peñarol welcome them to the Estadio Monumental in Montevideo on Saturday to bring the curtain down on their pre-season tour of South America.
