Málaga CF and RC Deportivo face off in matchday 33 of Liga BBVA in a vital game for both sides. Javi Gracia's men want to fight it out for Europa League berth, while Deportivo, who sit 18th, want to make it out of the drop zone and move closer to safety.

Team news

Javi Gracia welcomes back Welington from suspension. Despite this good news, he will be without Ignacio Camacho, who is injured. Víctor Sánchez del Amo is without the injured Cezary Wilk and suspended duo José Verdú 'Toché' and Sidnei.

View from the dugout

Javi Gracia said this game is "vital to keep their aspirations", but also said it will be a "very difficult game. Our chances of getting into Europe rely on our beating Deportivo", said Gracia. Víctor Sánchez del Amo said the side are "better" than when he took over, and that right now, "all games are important". The Galician side's boss said they are only thinking about this game and they will try to be "the most competitive side they can" in each of their remaining fixtures.
