LaLiga starts with a thrilling draw at La Rosaleda

LaLiga returned this Friday August 21 with an exciting match between Malaga CF and Sevilla FC. Although the match ended goalless, both teams gave a nice show at La Rosaleda.

Review the keys points of the match.

1. Chances without award
Sevilla started with a huge intensity, arriving with danger many times to the rival area. Kevin Gameiro enjoyed three good chances in the first half, but the French striker could not materialize his attempts.

2. Beto's success
Sevilla's goalkeeper was decisive with several stops of merit. Sergi Darder, with a powerful shot from distance, or Duje Cop, with a near shot from the box, crashed with the good work of the Portuguese goalkeeper.

3. Outnumbered
After Steven N'Zonzi sending off, at 69 minutes, Malaga took advantage of their superiority to increase its intensity and turn in to Sevilla´s area.

4. A matter of height
Nourredine Amrabat had a golden chance to give victory to Malaga at 89 minutes. Juanpi Añor sent a good cross to the box but the Moroccan striker could not get the ball right and his loose header was caught without problems by Beto.

5. Decisive Defense
Malaga fought for victory until the last breath and put Sevilla in a lot of troubles. Under the circumstances, the strength of the Seville defense was totally crucial to keep the draw at the Rosaleda.
