The 36th round of Liga BBVA fixtures has come and gone, leaving another LaLiga Fantasy XI behind. Four stand-out performers could not be separated in the battle for the Player of the Matchday accolade, with 18-point returns for Pedro Leon, Jony, Ruben Rochina and Jonathan Viera, who once again finished top of the charts. The line-up is generated by official LaLiga statistics, using a completely objective scoring system that reveals the very best players in the Liga BBVA each weekend.
All four midfielders with 18-point hauls produced impressive performances for their respective teams which earned them their spot in the Matchday 36 LaLiga Fantasy XI. Viera bagged a brace for UD Las Palmas, while Pedro Leon, Rochina and Jony all managed to grab a goal apiece. The final midfield berth goes to Chory Castro, who scooped 16 points.
The three-man defence is made up of Joao Cancelo and Carlos Vigaray (12 points each) alongside Federico Ricca (11 points).
There are two strikers leading the line in this weekend's LaLiga Fantasy XI. Duje Cop's brace for Malaga CF against Levante UD earned him 17 points, the same figure as his strike partner, the returning Leo Messi. R. Sporting goalkeeper Ivan Cuellar lines up between the sticks, having kept a clean sheet against SD Eibar in a display worth 14 points.
